By using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing regulations.

2. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to transactional messages, you agree to the following:

  • Usage: Rent and Appointment reminders, maintenance updates, and rent notifications.
  • Opt-Out: Text "STOP" to (949) 464-4546 to cancel.
  • Help: Reply "HELP" for assistance.
  • Data Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.

4. Privacy & Data Security

We do not sell your mobile data to third parties. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our portals, you acknowledge our data collection as outlined therein.

5. Maintenance & Entry

Submission of a maintenance request constitutes permission for authorized personnel to enter the premises to perform repairs, subject to your Lease Agreement's notice terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company provides these services on an "as-is" basis and is not liable for technical downtime or missed notifications due to carrier failures.
